What warranty do you offer ?
For the safety trade, of our customers ,we are happy to be able to provide them with a 90day warranty
What are the payment methods?
Our payment method is Bank Transfer . You could also pay physically at our office .
What is your return policy?
Our RMA rate is less than 0,5% . In case of a return ,customer could simply fill in our RMA File ,submit it to the relevant RMA department,and once accepted,customer shall ship the RMA within 5 days.
Is the stock with its box and accessoriers?
The phones are HSO ,which means that we deliver only the phone,without accessories.
What is the shipping method?
After payment has been received we ship directly with our carrier . In case ,the customer prefers,he could pick up personally the stock or send us a pickup Label.
Can we choose colors?
Since,we are wholesalers ,we do not offer a color choosing ,we offer the colors as a mixed batch
Do you have a MOQ?
For every new customer we do not have a MOQ . After the first order, MOQ is 10pcs
